Excellent program, way easier then DocuSign
Super easy to use and if you need tech support they are there for you.
Its very easy to use and very informative. A couple of clicks and you are done. Tech support is great as well!

the features are good, but the interfaces are a bit clunky.
For example creating document sub folders wasn't as intuitive as other applications. Additionally there are some documents I would like to move to Trash, but once it been sent out for E-sign it appears it can't be trashed, so I had to move them to a folder.

I am a very very episodic PDF user and the small try out price I paid to use this program was like buying gold at $25 an ounce. It saved me sooo much time. If I had a regular need I would glady pay the annual fee this program is awespme

Customer service is not so good
Pdfiler is awesome editing tool and really helps in composing forms/papers. But their customer service seems absent.

Well I'm still learning But the Draw option is AWESOME ,It lets you Sign in Real Time + It's Your Real Signature,Not a Generated one from putting text in a box and using thePC's script font to generate a signature .. Templates allow you to save time when filling out documents with frequently-used information. For example, it is useful when you often fill an expense report, where your name or the name of your business never changes, but the address of the customer is unique to each report.
How do I Create, Use and edit Templates?
Upload the document with pdfFiller.com Uploader or select the document in “My Forms” page. Fill in the information that you want your template to always contain and click “Done” button to return to “My Forms” page. Select the filled document and click “T”--”Template” button. Your document will be converted into a template. Every time you open the document, you will be prompted for a new document name and a new one will be created. The template itself will remain unchanged and ready for use. If you need to edit the template, simply select the template form in “My Form” page and click “Template” button. The template will be converted to a regular form. You can edit and convert it to a template later.
